Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Made to order
Every piece is printed or embroidered for you after you order it. Our production partner usually makes an order within 2 to 5 business days, and it ships as soon as it is made. We email you a tracking number when it ships.
Delivery time
Items made in Canada usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship, so most orders reach you within about two weeks of ordering. Remote and rural addresses, including the territories, can take longer.
Depending on the product and stock, some items are made at a facility in the United States. Those can take up to 20 business days after they ship. An order with items from more than one facility can arrive in more than one parcel.
Cost
Standard Shipping is a flat $9.99 CAD per order, wherever you are in Canada. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes and duties
GST or HST is charged at checkout at the rate for the province you are shipping to.
An item made in the United States crosses the border on its way to you. The Canada Border Services Agency or the carrier can then charge duties, taxes or a brokerage fee on delivery. These are collected by the carrier, not by us, and are not included in our prices.
Your delivery address
Check your address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away: once production has started we cannot change it. A parcel returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, can be sent again for the cost of a second shipment.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived 5 business days after its estimated delivery date, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number. For damaged items, include a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. See our Returns & Refunds policy for more.
