North49 sells apparel, headwear, bags and accessories through this website. Product descriptions, sizing and colours are given in good faith; slight variation between the photograph and the item, and between batches, is possible.

Ordering and Payment

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within Canada only. Costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address

Returns and Exchanges

Products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size or colour you ordered. Items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, and parcels lost in transit, are replaced or refunded at no cost to you when reported within 30 days of delivery. Limitation of Liability

North49 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
